The Traction engine has a plate on its side with the name of W.Reid, Insch as the proprietor. Sacks of grain on two wagons are followed at the rear by the mobile threshing mill. Dunnideer Hill is seen behind, and this photograph was taken in Insch at the junction between the B9002 to Kennethmont and the B992 to Whitehouse, with the traction engine heading towards Insch.
