18 holes of golf now available - so must have been around 1992 or later - this same photo can be seen at the "golfie"

I think it's later than that, I would say that it taken about 1995, as the new housing around David McLean drive looks to be almost complete and my parents house in Leslie Cresent is visable which they moved into in 1994.
